During a reading, I enter into a light meditative trance to make contact with your team of spirit guides and relay your question(s) and their answers. From there, any number of things may happen:

1. Introduction to the individual members of your spirit guide team

2. Connection with the akashic records to review the history of your soul

3. Communication with the other members of your soul family

4. Hearing from departed loved ones or other members of your genetic line

5. Soul retrieval, past life or current lifetime

6. Removing energetic attachments and other foreign garbage clogging up your chakra/aura system

7. Energetic disentangling from unhelpful ancestral themes

8. Canceling or rewriting soul contracts

9. Energetic clearing of your home or office

10. Reiki energy work (I am a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki practitioner)

11. Teaching you to do some or all of this work yourself

12. Something totally new to me, if that's what your guide team says you need!

Just your question! I don't need your name, birthdate, hometown, photo, or anything else. That being said, the answers you'll receive will only be as good as the questions you ask, so I invite you to give some thought to what exactly you want to know, and why. You'll get the best answers if you ask the question(s) that are most important to you: the ones that keep you up at night, drag you from bed in the morning, or pull your focus away from your work.

It's common that people will want me to guess something trivial about themselves before they'll want to hear anything else I have to say. I understand why you would want proof that someone is the real deal before shelling out your hard-earned cash on a reading. However, the problem is that all of that closed-off-ness also creates an energetic barrier between me and your team of spirit guides. Your not wanting to give anything away is normal, but it's not helpful to achieving what you want. My request to you is to come in with an open mind and open heart, with a real question that's the most important question on your mind, because that's the question your guides want to answer.

I offer a full refund, even if I've spent a lot of time with you, and even if I think I've done everything right and gotten you some top-quality information.

However, it's important to note that often people end up in my office when what they need is a strong helping of the truth. That truth is probably difficult to face, or you would have done it already. If you find yourself becoming angry, that's usually a sign that the information coming through is pressing on a sore spot that's asking for your attention. This is an invitation to open your heart and mind and feel, rather than push back. I know from personal experience how difficult that can be, and I promise to do my best to help.

If you are on an earnest, active journey of self-discovery, the chances are excellent that something will come up during the reading that will touch you deeply. Try to schedule some time to be alone after your session so you can write in your journal, walk in the woods, or whatever it is you may feel inspired to do.

You may record our Zoom session for later reference. Sometimes, the things that come through in a reading don't make complete sense until some months have passed.

Light Body Illumination has many elements in common with Reiki. You will lie fully clothed on a massage table and relax while I work within the energy field surrounding the body.
