Service Description
Simon Sinek's iconic TED Talk, "Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Action", is one of the most popular TED talks of all time. After seeing it and reading the subsequent book, many wanted to know how to find their personal Why, the guiding principle that is the key to our sense of purpose and meaning, but which remains unconscious in most people. In response, Simon and team created a step-by-step process in his latest book, "Find Your Why". Simon's process of uncovering your personal Why requires a partner, and you've just found her! In advance of this workshop, I'll recommend that you listen to Simon's talk and read the book, "Find Your Why". Then, we'll walk through the process together at the time of your choosing (with snacks!). If you're not in Portland, we'll meet via Zoom. If you're in the Portland, Oregon area, I would love to meet in person, if that works for you.
