Practice Session 9: Focus on Body Scanning

We'll start the session with a remote viewing guided meditation, followed by a short talk on the topic of the month, and close with an hour-long peer practice session. You may use the peer practice session to practice the topic of the month, a modality of your choice, or a freestyle approach.
